This course covers the features, functions and applications of the Total Access 750 and 850 Bank Controller Units (BCUs). The Total Access 750/850 enables cost-effective deployment of TDM-based voice and data services at the customer premises. Combining voice and data over a single T1 terminating at the end-user's site, Total Access 750/850 is an ideal solution for small-to-medium sized business applications. Total Access 750/850 supports a broad service offering for voice-only or converged voice and data networks. Students will learn the key features and components of the Total Access 750/850 BCU, and gain a better understanding of configuration and troubleshooting. The course will include interactive lectures as well as lab exercises. Integrated lab exercises are designed to familiarize the student with installation and configuration procedures associated with the Total Access 750/850 BCUs. After the completion of the course, the students should be able to install, configure and troubleshoot the Total Access 750/850 BCU products.
