How do I return an item?

Returns
* You may return products within 14 days of sale. Please contact customer service at

866-298-5330 to request a Return Authorization. Returns must be delivered to us within 10 business days from when we issued the Return Authorization (RA). 

* Video Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery and is eligible for exchange only.
* Consumable Products may not be returned if the manufacture seal has been opened. This applies to Printers, Copiers, Fax Machines, Scanners, Filters, & Belts. However, you may always email us to inquire about such returns and we will do our best.
* Returned goods must have all original accessories, packaging, & condition should be NEW, with blank warranty card.
* Returned goods without an RA may be rejected.
* If delivery of a package is refused by the recipient, Refusal Fees will apply to cover shipping & handling.
* If the item returned had "Free Shipping", we will deduct a standard fee to cover our shipping & handling expense.

Damages 
* If your Item is found to be damaged upon delivery, please keep all of the packaging material and email us within 24-48 hours of delivery. 

Lost Package
* Please notify us about non delivered packages within 5 days of the Estimated Delivery Date provided to by the tracking info emailed to you.
A 10% restocking fee will apply on returns for a refund.
